Phnom Penh, Friday, October 11, 2024 – The “Heilongjiang Tourism Overseas Cooperation and Promotion Center (Phnom Penh)” was officially unveiled today at Tour Around (Global) Co., Ltd. on Koh Pich in Phnom Penh. The ceremony was attended by prominent figures, including NY PHALY from the Cambodian Ministry of Tourism, Liu Xiaoguang, President of the Cambodia-China Journalists Association, He Jing, Director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Shen Guangchun, Head of Market Management at the Heilongjiang Department of Culture and Tourism, Zou Xiangdong, Director of Foreign Exchange and Cooperation at the department, Liu Fengzhi, Director of the Heihe Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, and Tourism, Guo Hongwei, Chairman of Harbin Ice and Snow World Co., Ltd., and Cui Hanyu, General Manager of Tour Around (Global) Co., Ltd.

The Heilongjiang Tourism Overseas Cooperation and Promotion Center (Phnom Penh) is an initiative by the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism aimed at promoting the Heilongjiang tourism brand throughout Cambodia and Southeast Asia, enhancing its global image, and increasing its international visibility and reputation. With the establishment of this center, a series of activities will be launched in Cambodia to promote Heilongjiang’s diverse tourism offerings, including introducing the province’s unique tourism products to the Cambodian market and beyond. The center will also regularly provide updates on Heilongjiang’s tourism developments and launch promotional campaigns to facilitate cultural and tourism exchanges between businesses in Heilongjiang and Cambodia.

Prior to the unveiling, Cui Hanyu, General Manager of Tour Around (Global) Co., Ltd., provided the Heilongjiang delegation with a comprehensive overview of the company’s operations, market positioning, and future plans. Since its inception in 2019, the company has specialized in inbound and outbound tourism services and business travel within the Cambodian market, gaining extensive experience in tourism organization and market expansion. Mr. Cui emphasized that the Promotion Center will serve as a key platform focusing on the Cambodian market while expanding into neighboring regions, with plans to introduce cultural and tourism products that align with the preferences of local and regional travelers.

She emphasized that the establishment of the Tourism Cooperation and Promotion Center marks a pivotal step in the provincial government’s efforts to strengthen tourism ties with Cambodia.  Director He also noted that the company will play an increasingly vital role in promoting Heilongjiang tourism, encouraging it to maintain its commitment to delivering high-quality, customized services with professionalism, innovation, and integrity.
